Jessica Lowndes (born Jessica Lowndes) is a Canadian actress and singer. She and her costar Chad Michael Murray produced the Lifetime Channel's 2020 movie Too Close to Christmas. The actress also appeared in a variety of Hallmark Channel film and the teens' series 90210. Lowndes is also the latest Hallmark Channel ex employee to be a part of GAC Family. GAC Family runs by Bill Abbott an executive from Crown Media Family Networks that manages Hallmark Channel.
