Allana Ferguson bio
Allana was first a part of Australia in Rugby Sevens back in 2013. Then, after suffering numerous knee injuries throughout time, Allana switched to rugby union. Allana made her women's debut in rugby league against Queensland for New South Wales. Allana has also added radio into her arsenal, making regular appearances with the most popular Continuous Call Team on 2GB. Allana, who is not only a sportswoman and a teacher, but has also earned a an education degree and has a vast experience in other areas. Allana Ferguson, a Jillaroos player and a qualified teacher outside of sport and has represented Australia three times - in touch football, rugby league as well the rugby sevens. Allana Ferguson, Jillaroos' most popular rugby player must end her league career due to tearing her ACL four times. Ferguson, 25, was able to tear her ACL on the same leg at 15-17 and 20 years old. Following a third tear, she knew it was the right time to end her career. Ferguson was the JILLAROOS team's playmaker. She had to resign because of her 4th ACL left knee injury. Ferguson told The Courier Mail that she suffered the injury during training during November. She has been a player in the women's rugby league for several seasons.
